FT-60KM-2 C-Band Tunable Dispersion Compensation Module (TDCM)

The FT-60KM-2 is a C-band tunable dispersion compensation module for the longest spans in the series, addressing dispersion after very long fiber transmission in DWDM systems. It compensates -60 to +60 km of fiber with a ±1200 ps/nm dispersion tuning range, covering 100 GHz-spaced channels across 1528-1568 nm within 20-26 GHz operating bandwidth. Tuning stability of -5 to 5 ps/nm holds compensation steady over time. Packaged in a 1U frame with LC/UPC connectors, it accepts AC 85-264 V or DC 36-72 V and consumes at most 50 W. It suits ultra-long-haul and submarine-adjacent DWDM routes.
