FT-4160 (6+1)x1 PM Pump and Signal Combiner

The FT-4160 is a (6+1)x1 polarization-maintaining pump and signal combiner that merges six pump lasers with a seed signal for high-power fiber lasers and fiber amplifiers. Pump efficiency exceeds 90% or 95% by configuration, with signal insertion loss of at most 0.7 dB and return loss above 45 dB. Extinction ratio is at least 18 or 16 dB at 23 C, and each pump port handles up to 50 or 100 W. Pump wavelength covers 800 to 1000 nm; signal wavelength covers 1030 to 1080 nm or 1450 to 1600 nm. Housed in D6 or D7 packages with customized options available, the device operates from -5 to +70 C and stores from -40 to +85 C.
