FT-20KM-107 1-Video 1-Data 2-Audio Forward Fiber Optic Multiplexer (20 km)
The FT-20KM-107 is a forward-path fiber multiplexer sending 1 video channel, 1 data channel and 2 audio channels in one direction over single-mode fiber up to 20 km. The transmitter/receiver pair uses 8-bit uncompressed transmission at 1310/1550 nm with a 12 dB power budget. Video accepts PAL, NTSC and SECAM over 75 ohm BNC at 6.5 MHz, with video SNR above 67 dB and differential gain and phase below 1.5%. The data channel supports RS485 (2- or 4-wire), RS232/422 and contact closure up to 115.2 Kbps; two audio channels run at 600 ohm with SNR above 80 dB. The standalone unit operates from -45 to +75 C, offers LED status indication and immunity to EMI, RFI and ground loops.
